The Terms and Conditions set forth hereunder govern the use of our website, our movers and packers services together with any related relocation services we may provide in Sharjah and Dubai in the whole of the UAE. The following term is binding on you by virtue of the fact that you have accessed the site, made an inquiry, or booked any of the services. Should you fail to agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you shall not avail of our services or website.
Service Agreement
When you book a move with MoversPacker.ae, you are contracting the company to carry out relocation based on information supplied by you. Bookings have always been subject to availability, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any request at our discretion.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing is given based on information provided by the customer during the inquiry. We strive to always present an accurate quote, but additional charges may arise should unforeseen circumstances change the scope on the moving day. The means of payment will be arranged for prior to the moving day, while payments will have to be settled within the stipulated time in the booking confirmation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If cancellation happens within a reasonable time before the scheduled move, the customer will bear no charges, however, a late cancellation fee may be put to cover our costs. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do everything possible to accommodate the agreed-upon new date and time.
Responsibilities of the Customer
The customer should ensure that all the personal items are ready to be transported and that any valuable or sensitive materials they choose to handle by themselves are set aside. Also, it shall be the customer’s obligation to see to it that proper permissions for moving in or out of buildings are arranged for, if required
Limitations of Liability
Movers Packer won’t be held responsible for any delays caused beyond our control, like extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen traffic. Also, we shall not be held responsible for any damage incurred due to either the items being not packed by our team, improper assembly or disassembly due to instructions given by non-professionals, or transport of items deemed illegal or hazardous to the highest degree.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
The copyright in all content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by MoversPacker.ae or its licensor. No one can copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without our prior written consent. Our website can only be used for lawful purposes prohibited acts include using our website for any unlawful act or attempting to interfere with its proper function.

These Terms and Conditions are governed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in respect of these terms, or to the services, is subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirates of the UAE.
